Summertime at last! (even if the thermometer says differently) Baseball, cookouts, and …interns.  Many employers utilize interns; more so than in the past as more and more university programs require internships as a condition of receiving their major.  Former Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis made waves a few years ago when she opined against unpaid internships.  So what is an employer to do?
