I have long believed that the 30 hour work week attachment point for P/T workers to be eligible for company sponsored health insurance under the ACA would lead to more part-time work, and its beginning to look like I was right. The latest job report shows the continued growth in part-time work and decline in full-time work (five months in a row now, and counting). I expect the growth curve of P/T work to accelerate through June when the minimum look back period allowed in the Act expires.
